"Today I am editing my review because of the agent; her employees are awesome- thank Goodness for them, hence why the reviews are good. After 21 years, I parted ways with this location, because the agent provides very poor customer service. She doesn't follow-up nor call back. I gave the benefit of a doubt several times. The prior agent, whom retired, was great prior to her arrival. Several months ago, I requested information to change my policy; she never provide the information. The wrong people would have benefited if something had happened to me. I sent her a message to let her know I planned to change my agent- she neither responded to apologize nor acknowledge my departure. She is earning good ratings, because of her employees. We have got to do better Ms. Moody. Nonetheless, I still give Malia 5 stars. A while back, I called the office with a concern and made a request while at it. Malia told me she'd obtain additional information and get back to me. She responded expeditiously and fulfilled my request within matter of minutes. Her customer service skills are outstanding.
